Used for centuries, hot stones provide all the benefits of a Body Massage combined with enhanced relaxation caused by stone heat. A more thorough massage is felt as the hot stones work at deeper muscle tissue level. The energetic properties of the stones, together with the type of massage used, promote total relaxation as well as emotional and physical balance. Now also learn about the benefits of introducing specialist cold stones into your massage. The combined use of hot and cold stones multiplies the benefit felt by many times and also expands the possibilities in terms of what you can offer as a therapist. There are many more combinations of treatments that can be offered once both hot and cold stones have been mastered. This is a really exciting course for you and for your clients.
