The Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology Diploma introduces you to the wonders of the human body. It is an essential pre-requisite or component of all holistic therapies to enable you to provide the best service to your clients. You will gain knowledge of how the body is ‘put together’ – anatomy, together with how it works – physiology. You will be introduced to the study of pathology – when the workings of the body go wrong. A fascinating diploma in its own right!
Our Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology is accreditated by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) www.fht.org.uk Successful completion of this course will confer the qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
There are no pre-requisites for this course. If you already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, but it was obtained more than 5 years ago, you may be able to take our Anatomy and Physiology Refresher Course instead. Please contact a tutor to discuss this option.

Courses for 2011-2012 are run for one intensive day (a Saturday or Sunday) per month , 10 – 4.00pm.
You will study over a 10 month period with 60 contact hours with your tutors. Additional guided reading and activities will be required outside of these contact hours.
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch and 2x 15 minute refreshment breaks each day. All lunches and refreshments are provided.
(Alternatively, this course is also delivered over a 5 month period with two contact teaching days per month should you wish to complete your qualification sooner).
