Reflexology is a gentle therapy, which helps the body to heal by unlocking vital energy channels and restoring a sense of balance or homeostasis. Most of us experience stress and tension in our daily lives, upsetting the body’s equilibrium, leading to feelings of being ‘under par’ and compromising our immune, nervous and endocrine systems. Reflexologists work on hands and feet to restore the flow of energy and enabling the body to heal itself. As a holistic therapy, it works by helping to heal the whole person.
Our Diploma in Reflexology is accreditated by the FHT www.fht.org.uk and is written in line with the standards set out by the Association of Reflexologists. Successful completion of this course will confer the qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and enables you to become a full member of the FHT. The FHT is committed to maintaining the highest standards in Reflexology and requires its full members to have been trained to standards agreed by the Association and to have passed a qualification that meets these standards.

The Diploma in Reflexology is run over a 9 month period. With two intensive teaching days per month. This includes full A&P accredited certification. Study and therapy practice will be required outside of these hours, with tutor support.
This course can also be taken over a period of 5 months with timetable created to suit you.
Reflexology can also be studied alone in cases where A&P certification is already held at a cost of £495.
